Confirmation of the Registration

Upon the receipt of the Online Registration, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arriving at the conference registration desk.

Registration Refund Policy & Cancellation Charge

Before 31 May, 2017*:       $50 charged
Between 31 May, 2017 and 15 June, 2017*:       $100 charged
Between 16 June, 2017 and 30 June, 2017*:       $200 charged
After 30 June, 2017*:       No refund
